Jeannette Launer is the legal expert to help strengthen a client’s economic future using public/private partnerships and tax increment financing. Educating and assisting the clients in undertaking urban renewal plans and projects is the core of Jeannette’s practice. Jeannette views her role as advising the client to choose redevelopment and development opportunities that are in the client’s best interest.

Jeannette has significant experience and expertise to offer, but she will not direct a client’s final decision on business alternatives. Working with professional staff teams and necessary consultants, Jeannette’s goal is to get the deal done economically and on the client’s timeline.
